When the popularity of the RCD Foundation’s flagship event, Connor’s Run, overran its internal capabilities, MiNC was enlisted to review, develop and help implement a new operational structure for Australia’s largest event for paediatric brain cancer.

The new streamlined structure developed by MiNC enables the event to continue its remarkable growth and to be replicated for future RCD Foundation events.
