Director – Katie Flockart

Joint founder and director of MiNC Events, Katie Flockart is a qualified events and communications specialist with more than 20 years experience across a breadth of industries.

With a Bachelor of Arts (Monash University) and Post-Graduate Certificate of Public Relations (RMIT), Katie has held successful positions both at an in-house and consultancy level before branching out as a private consultant in 2002 and launching MiNC with Bridget shortly afterwards.

Prior to MiNC, Katie’s career path included five years with Wright Business Marketing working for clients such as Racing Victoria, the Shell Touring Car Series, Honda MPE and Bunnings Warehouse. Katie then took on in-house roles with the Melbourne Racing Club and then Hockey Australia, including the Sydney 2000 Olympic campaign.

For many years, Katie also offered her expertise on a voluntary basis to the Portsea Surf Lifesaving Club and assisted in producing the annual Portsea Swim Classic and Portsea Polo events.

A highly passionate and driven person who believes in a strong team ethic, Katie not only brings a track record of success and great depth of experience, she has a commitment to providing exceptional service and execution of all MiNC projects.
