MiNC is the passion of its two directors and great friends Katie Flockart and Bridget Tomkins.

In 2002, Katie and Bridget embraced the challenge of independent consulting, from which MiNC has grown.

With more than four decades of event management, event creative, public relations, media and marketing experience between them, Katie and Bridget have added value to a range of in-house and agency opportunities in the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors.

MiNC has a proven track record for producing the highest quality events and media campaigns for a range of clients in the corporate, fashion, sports, horse racing, celebrity and tourism industries. MiNC’s client files include the Herald and Weekly Times, Geelong Racing Club, Melbourne Racing Club, Forest and Wood Products Australia, Victoria Major Events Company, the Victoria Racing Club and Myer.

MiNC is also very immersed in the community with an active involvement in the not-for-profit sector including roles for the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation and the Will Murray Foundation.

Katie and Bridget have always taken pride in their ability to balance attention to detail with an understanding of the big picture. Their hands-on approach offers two highly experienced individuals as a team that continually demonstrates that “two minds are better than one”.

MiNC is based in Melbourne and is fully resourced with highly regarded and knowledgeable contractors at the cutting-edge of their profession, who complement Bridget and Katie’s skills and experience.
